RULES OF IOW TRADE ONLINE STORE
Online Shop Regulations IOW TRADE Sp. z o. o. lays down rules for the procurement and sale of the goods offered by IOW TRADE Sp. z o. o. Online Shop via IOW TRADE.
GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ORDER OF SALE:
1. Online Shop owner is a company IOW IOW TRADE TRADE Sp. z o. o.
based in Warsaw, ul. Zwoleńska 17, NIP: 952-18-73-072.
2. Purchaser of goods may be legal persons and organizational units without legal personality.
3. The offered products come from reputable manufacturers, and given the specifications of the materials published by them.
4. Orders for goods IOW TRADE Sp. z o. o. can be submitted via the Web site located at www.iow24.com.
5. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day throughout the year.
6. Orders placed on weekdays after hours. 14.00, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
7. A prerequisite for the execution of the contract is made for registration under IOW TRADE Online Shop. Oral TIN phone or (and) e-mail address is required.
8. In each case, an order is not binding Store, and the lack of response does not mean tacit acceptance of the contract. Adoption by an order of implementation requires a written confirmation by an electronically or by telephone.
9. Orders confirmed the implementation can not be canceled.
10. Orders for which there is any doubt, will be reviewed by the shop, the contract may be canceled by the store. The buyer will be informed of this fact.
11. Goods will be delivered by courier.
12. Prices in the shop are expressed in Polish zlotys. If this is not clear whether the prices are net or gross, will always be aware that these are net amounts, which will be inclusive of VAT applicable at the time of, packaging and transport.
13. The store reserves the possibility of errors in the description of goods. If you buy goods which entered is incorrect price by the shop or a server error, buyer will be informed of this fact, and the order will be canceled.
14. Shop is not responsible for pictures and descriptions placed on individual products.

19. Each consignment is accompanied by a proof of purchase (tax invoice).
20. Orders are only on Polish territory.
21. Orders to countries other than Poland needs further written agreement.
22. If you choose payment method "transfer", the goods are shipped upon receipt of cash in your bank account amounting to 100% of the contract.

24. Receiving the goods the buyer is obliged to check the consignment or its outer packaging has not been damaged during transport. Required before any complaint is to write an employee in the presence of the courier company Complaints Protocol at the time of delivery.
25. Any returns sent at the expense of IOW Businesses TRADE Sp. z o. o. are not accepted unless other arrangements have occurred previously.
26. For sales promotions and sales is intended for a limited number of goods. Execution of orders is the order in which the procurement of the goods until the exhaustion of stocks covered by this form of sales.
27. The store reserves the copyright and ownership cost estimates, drawings and documentation. Sharing, reproduction and technical documentation - trade and other documentation to third parties without permission is prohibited Store.

TERMS OF CLAIM:
